CBS reports that a local Los Angeles model, Kourtney Reppert, who had been under constant threats from an unknown stalker has worked with the FBI leading to the arrest of Louis F. Plascencia from Chicago, IL.
Plascencia faces up to five years in federal prison and is expected to appear in an L.A. courtroom within a month.
